Knowledge_head_5_2.jpgThe purpose of documenting the “Six Stages of Business Conditions and Their Needs” is to create a method by which we can identify businesses in any one of several definitive states. By understanding their primary states in terms of business characteristics and a general profile, we can then best determine the organizations' strategic reinvention needs and the expected outcomes of implementing key programs in order  to prevail in this new age of global competition.

Background
These six business conditions are not merely based on opinion, but are a compilation of actual case studies of over 600 diverse clients Result Global, Ltd. has serviced in North America over the last 23 years.

The information and processes that RGL has detailed in profiling these businesses, in general, lists their challenges or business circumstances and the reinvention programs assigned based on those challenges. As they are depicted in this text, they are not based on a particular priority or order of importance. Due to the fact that every client’s needs, challenges, and business priorities are unique, what follows simply represents examples of generalized typical situations. It is by no means comprehensive and/or complete.

In all cases, deployment of our business reinvention processes must start with a comprehensive assessment of each individual client’s conditions based on up to 14 key business areas which are compared to ideal practices. Additionally, every implementation approach is fully customized to each individual business and its unique circumstances.
